Overview:
The project consisted of an innovative style change for air conditioning condenser units. ATW designed, fabricated, and proved the dies and additionally created specifications for the customer’s new press and transfer line. ATW has the ability to design, fabricate, and prove one die or an entire flexible manufacturing system.

Solution:
  • The overall program consisted of thirty transfer dies.
  • There were six different top panels with five dies to fabricate each part.
